Maria Ospina
Maria Ospina is the founder and lead educator of Paths of Learning Daycare & Preschool, a bilingual early childhood program in Arlington, MA.
She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (K–2) from Lesley University and brings over 10 years of experience working with children from infancy through early elementary.
As a certified EEC Lead Teacher (Infant, Toddler, and Preschool) and licensed Family Child Care Provider, Maria combines strong academic knowledge with hands-on experience. She is also trained in CPR and First Aid, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and professional environment for every child.
Maria has worked in a variety of educational settings, including public schools in Arlington and Cambridge, where she supported Kindergarten, First Grade, and Junior Kindergarten classrooms. She has also served as a Lead Teacher in an infant classroom, worked in mixed-age programs, and provided private care and education for families.
Her experience with children from birth through age 7 allows her to deeply understand each stage of early development and support every child’s individual needs.

Maria Yenny Hernandez is a trusted and experienced early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience supporting children from infancy through early childhood.
As a certified educator through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), Yenny brings professionalism, warmth, and consistency to our classroom each day. She is also trained in CPR and First Aid, ensuring a safe and responsive environment for all children.
Yenny is a Spanish-speaking educator, playing a key role in supporting our bilingual learning environment. Through daily interactions, songs, and routines, she helps children naturally develop language skills while feeling understood, supported, and connected.
Her calm and caring nature allows children to build strong relationships, feel secure, and confidently explore their environment.
